Fitineary Early access

Don't guess.
Find out what a week of home food and training adds up to.

Most trackers want a katori of dal entered as “1 cup lentil soup, cooked”. If you tried one and stopped around week three, you stopped using a number that described someone else's dinner.

Fitineary is coming soon. Leave your email and we'll get back to you. You don't need a card to join the list, and we don't store one.

The 7-Day Reality Check

Week one asks nothing of you.

You eat what you already eat and order in as often as you do. Nothing is cut, nothing is swapped, and there is no plan to start on Monday. You just log it.

A pattern you have already changed cannot be read. That is the whole reason week one leaves it alone.

Food

Point. Click. Logged.

One photo of the plate and the meal is logged: every item, its portion, the macros and the calories. They are estimates, and any of them takes a tap to change.

  • Or skip the camera. Search a dish, enter it by hand, or repeat yesterday's breakfast in a tap.
  • Nothing is banned. Biryani isn't a failure. It's a number.

Your day

The whole day,
on one screen.

Food, training, sleep, water, mood and weight in one place. Whatever the scale says on Monday, the week behind it is right there.

  • Where you stand, right now. What is left today against the target you set, without adding anything up.
  • Trend over 7, 30 or 90 days. Daily weight moves with water and salt far more than with fat.
Training

An exercise library,
with form cues.

Calorie burn is an estimate from the intensity and your body weight. So you're not copying a stranger's Reel and hoping.

  • Strength, distance, laps or time. Four ways to log, so running and swimming aren't bolted onto a lifting app.
  • Plan the food and the training. Build a routine for both — or ignore it and just log.
Your week, read back

A coach that reads
your week, not the internet.

At the end of your seven days, Fitineary lays out what it found in your own logs — what you ate, when, how you trained, how you slept.

  • One thing at a time. A week produces a dozen observations. You get the one that explains the most of it.
  • It isn't a dietitian. Observations about your week, never a rule about what you must eat.

That's your week, in your own numbers.
Fitineary is coming soon. Leave your email and we'll get back to you.

Have a coach?
Connect with them.

If you already train with someone, type the six characters they give you — or scan their QR. If you don't, Fitineary does the same job alone.

  • You start it, and you can end it. They see your logs only after you connect, never before, and you can disconnect any time.
  • They write your plans. Your routines and targets come from them, and you can message them in the app.

The AI tells you what happened in your week. A person decides what it means for you, and holds you to it. Fitineary works on its own. Connect a coach when you want one.

Dosa, Sunday Not a cheat. Just a number.

No shame.
No food rules.

Nothing is off the table. You just get to see what it costs. There's no cheat day, because there's nothing to cheat on. The scale is a data point, not a verdict, and a week of numbers is worth more than any single morning's weigh-in.

You can log the things that are easy to miss: the drinks, the tastes while cooking, the second helping nobody counts. None of it is held against you. A big Friday, logged, and Saturday is just Saturday.

What we collect and why. Your email address and the goal you picked, so we can tell you when Fitineary launches and set your account up. Stored by 7th Pillar Infotech; processed using Google and PostHog, which means it leaves India. We keep it until launch plus twelve months, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. You can withdraw consent or have it erased any time by emailing privacy@fitineary.com, and you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
We need both of these before we can add you.
That didn't send. Check your connection and try again, or email hello@fitineary.com and we'll add you by hand.

Questions

I've tried a tracker before and quit. Why would this be different?
Because the reason it didn't stick probably wasn't discipline. Week one asks you to change nothing, so there's no diet to fall off and nothing to be behind on. Your dal is in there as dal, and it goes in as katoris rather than grams for launch. Every estimate the app makes is one you can change yourself.
Do I have to diet?
No. The first week is explicitly about changing nothing — eat what you normally eat and log it. You can't read a pattern in a week you've already changed. After that, what you change is up to you.
Will it have my food?
Yes. Roti, dal, rice, idli, dosa and paneer are already in, and household portions — katoris, bowls and pieces — go in for launch, so a katori of dal is a katori of dal. We keep adding regional dishes and restaurant menus, and anything missing takes a few seconds to add by hand.
What if I miss a day?
Nothing happens. There's no penalty, no broken-streak guilt trip, and a gap doesn't invalidate the week. On your own week a missed day just sits unlit. Log the next meal you eat and carry on.
Is the scale going to rule my life?
It shouldn't, and the app is built to stop it. Weight is shown as a trend over 7, 30 or 90 days rather than a single number, because daily weight moves with water, salt and sleep far more than with fat. One heavy morning is noise. You can also log weight as rarely as you like.
What happens to my data?
Right now 7th Pillar Infotech stores only your email address and the goal you picked, so we can tell you when the app launches. It isn't sold and isn't used for anything else. You can have it erased at any time by emailing privacy@fitineary.com. The full detail is in the Privacy Policy.
Do I need a coach to use it?
No. Fitineary works the same on your own: you set your own targets and build your own routines. If you do work with a trainer you can connect them with a code, and they'll see your logs, but only once you choose to.
